Been doing some reading on ol’ Phil and there actually is a lot of controversy!
Well we have our own groundhog on Staten Island and I’m waiting to see what he had to say–Him and Phil do not always agree lol, Beside it’s freezing here–can’t imagine a short winter–we haven’t even had a decent snow fall.
