   I was in Hongkong, and later took my small children to queue for hours to see the moon rocks they brought back….

   Reading his obit this afternoon made me sad. It is the end of an era. We our nearing the end of our generation’s heroes. We are the older generation. How strange.

   Such a sad time for his passing as it earmarks the end of a special time when progress first began in space. He will always be a hero. Thanks for sharing this special man in history.
