Music. FaLaLa…TraLaLa Boom De Ay…Boom Boom ShaBoom…NaNa-Nana-NaNa…everything before and after, as well as everything in between. Where would we be without music? Can you imagine a world without melody? Even the sounds of nature carry musical tones. Where there is sound there is rhythm from the clanging cogs of wheels definitely not ‘in pitch’ to Brahms’s Lullaby so relaxing one could sleep in a ditch. It keeps the sane man sane and lifts up the insane.

Sharla Shults‘s insight:

And the music goes on beating to the rhythm of the changing times. . .

Music is the direct route to memory. Nothing brings back a time, a place, a person better than a song.

Music is a part of my life and was already when I was very young. I was told when I was a little girl I asked my Dad why we never hear music when something special is happening… He was puzzled but I apparently said: in the movies, when they’re scared, or happy or something scary or interesting or sad is coming up or happening, there’s always music.
    My parents laughed heartily…
And since I never got my question answered to my satisfaction I started hearing the music to my personal “movie” right in my head…
Interesting, by thinking about it: there’s a lot going ton in my head: music, complains, writing books, playing practical jokes…
mmmmhhhh…. oh well… as long as the voices keep discussing quietly I’ll be fine. *chuckle* 🙂
