Beautiful. One of the things I miss most from the UK are the seasons, autumn being my favorite.
The seasons do add their own special flavor to life! When we lived in Florida, we did not experience the distinctness like we do now in Georgia. Love Autumn!
Our trees are just starting to turn,but I going through Pennsyvania today and that should be a color festival!! Lovely picture.

You just rekindled something I had totally forgotten…Mary Ann Evans wrote under the pen name of George Elliot. If I remember correctly, she thought no one would take her writing seriously since she was a woman. Thought she had a better chance with a male pen name.
Fall is absolutely beautiful here in Minnesota!
