What’s weird is how many kids my granddaughter’s age — 17 — don’t even know what this day means.
What this did was the opposite of what they wanted it to do. It pulled the world more together
Today is one of the saddest days in history. I still remember it vividly. I went there that very day and volunteered with the Red Cross. It was just terrible.
It is right and fitting that while for our own sakes we must forgive, we must never forget.
Thanks for sharing this Sharla… Spreading word, teaching the young – and remember this day! That’s what we need to do.
